They did an excellent job! We live in a heavily treed area, so there there was a lot of debris to remove. The roof is not only clean, but the technician (Daniel) did a great job of cleaning up our deck, siding, driveway, and walkways. We were also grateful that although there was some wait, they did their best to get out here as soon as possible. I highly recommend Johnny Tsunami.

Daniel was right on time. He covered the deck and some plants that were in danger from cleaning solution. I am meticulous on projects of this nature and I soon realized so was Daniel. The job was done correctly, no shortcuts. Looking at the metal roof after it dried you can see that it looks new! There are no areas that were missed. Our deck and driveway were cleaned before Daniel left. Great job!

I was extremely eager to use this business based on the recommendations from a show I watched on KOMO 4. I contacted this business via email to get an estimate. It took 10 days for them to come out. I called and called to schedule a time for service just to get an answering machine. I requested a call back from Jonathan Porter the owner with the person named Kandi but, never received one. I also requested a call back from upper management or Jonathan Porter the owner to give him feedback and inform him of the disconnect that is happening from start to finish with quotes to scheduling. I was never contacted by anyone in the matter. For the prices they charge, you think they would be all over getting everyone's business. Very disappointing considering the story that was featured on their business and their web site. They are not a true reflections of the unresponsive customer service you receive and the lack of scheduling availability and accommodations the company provides.

We had rooftop moss removal, as well as gutter cleaning, completed. They got up there, worked hard, and got the job done! We had quite a bit of moss accumulated, and our gutters were packed, so it was quite an undertaking. The before and after pictures they provided spoke for themselves. They’re a small crew, but you’d never know it by the results!

The two young men showed up at my door on time and ready to go to work. Very pleasant and answered questions when my husband went out to check on things. They showed me before and after pictures of my gutters when done. Neat and tidy all debris was picked up and taken to our designated spot. Great experience, highly recommend.

First off I was surprised that this company requires payment of 50% of your estimate prior to putting you on schedule, after explaining that this service was for my handicapped brother who is on a fixed income and the fact that I had never had to pay anything prior to services being fulfilled before. We finally agreed to pay 25% up front to get on schedule. When the work crew arrived the supervisor said that they were only going to spray the moss removal chemical on the roof and clean the gutters but recommended that we do a light brush off in certain areas followed by a blow down to remove loose material prior to spraying the chemical but that would be an extra charge. I immediately told him that I was not going to clean the gutters from this loose material after they were done and to not do anything until I call there main office because when I met with the estimator who inspected the roof I asked if the branches, leaves, fir needles loose material will be removed he assured me that it would be. I contacted the main office and the person I talked to said he would contact the estimator who inspected the roof and get back with me. He called back shortly after and told me that the estimator included a blow down in the price but forgot to put this in his written quote, I asked why the estimator who inspected the roof did not recommend a light brush off in certain areas like the on-site supervisor was recommending, bottom line I agreed to pay the original $1,511.56 and an additional $200.00 that the onsite supervisor recommended for a light brush off in certain areas. I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or this is how they do business by giving you a competitive quote then attempting to get additional money before starting. In closing I would not have used this company as I had quotes from other competitive companies with good ratings that were close to the original quote. I would recommend that if you use this company, read your written estimate closely and make sure that everything that you discussed with the estimator is included in writing before you pay your 50% up front cost to get on schedule.

The whole process was amazing, from my initial call to arrange for an estimate to completion of the project. Professional. Courteous. Helpful. Ozzie and Oscar cleaned our home's roof, gutters, exterior siding, and windows of our two-story home. I'm amazed at the cleanliness of our home. When I drove towards our home today, I almost didn't recognize my own home! So much brighter and cleaner. All the leaves, pine needles, and other stuff that had accumulated on the roof over the years gone. The roof is cleaner and brighter, and I'm excited to see how it brightens up even more after a couple rainfalls. Having having the exterior windows cleaned felt like a splurge because I could hypothetically clean them myself (yet I never have) but, in retrospect, as much as I'm excited about having clean gutters, roof, and siding, I notice the clean windows several times a day when I look outside so that adds some extra delight for me. In addition to cleaning, they let us know whether or not there were any issues on the roof or with the gutters that we needed to address which was helpful. Thank you!!!

They came out for an estimate - they quoted my husband $300 for gutter cleaning (after 2 years ago they quoted and charged me $600 when the roof was 3 months old and gutters were cleaner -- sexist much?), then never returned any of our calls/texts to schedule an appointment for weeks. Now it's raining like crazy and our gutters are clogged and we're freaking out because everyone is booked. Waste of time & unfair charges - DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are too busy to care.

This is our first time using this company for roof cleaning. Julian and his team arrived promptly, confirmed they were going to clean our asphalt shingle roof and gutter, asked if we had any concerns/question. The roof cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. Before they left, Julian showed me before and after photos and discussed potential problem areas to watch for. We are please with the work and will use Johnny Tsunami again.
