My roof looks amazing. Some of my windows are dirty than before they "cleaned" them lol. Looks like they scrubbed them with soap then forgot to rinse them off. Now they are all hazy.

My roof had a lot of moss and my gutters were clogged. I called Johnny Tsunami and after accepting their estimate the came out the next day. Alex S., the tech who came out was GREAT. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough and spent several hours on my roof. He share the before and after pictures of my roof and I was very happy with the results. My only negative complaint is the cost, because it went up more than expected in the 3 years when I had the same thing done. However, it's worth it because the cost is still cheaper that having to replace the roof if I didn't get the treament done. Over all they did a good job and I would use them and recommend them to others.

We had this company come out to provide a quote for roof cleaning and moss removal as part of preparing our home for sale. During the estimate, the technician offered a small discount if we booked that day, noting they had two workers available the following day.

After considering it, I called back and scheduled the service. Our appointment was set for the next day between 1–3 PM. No one showed up. I called at 3:20 PM and was told they needed to reschedule because earlier jobs ran too long.

They rebooked us for Monday, but this last-minute cancellation caused us to reschedule window cleaning, exterior pressure washing, and a home inspection, each with associated costs. I asked if any adjustment could be made given the inconvenience, and none was offered.

Based on the lack of communication, poor scheduling reliability, and pricing (we chose them only because we needed the work done quickly), I would not recommend this company. Plus they didn't get all the pine needles off the roof when they did clean it.

Update: After my initial review, the owner reached out, took responsibility, and worked to make things right. They sent a crew back out to re-clean the roof, and it looks significantly better. They also went above and beyond by washing some of our windows—something we had to handle ourselves after canceling another company due to the original scheduling issue. In addition, they provided a partial refund.

Angelo, who they sent out for the rework, was outstanding—professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work.

While the initial scheduling and communication issues were frustrating, I appreciate the accountability and follow-through. I’m happy with how this was ultimately resolved.
