I scheduled a roof and gutter service but got stood up after doing a soft wash on my roof. Poor customer service and all I heard was excuses to why they didn't show. "They were swamped!" lol

As a service organization, Johnny tsunami is the best I’ve used in a while. Great communication. They do what they say they’re gonna do and most importantly they are responsive to the customer needs.

Had concrete tile moss removal. After some minor scheduling issues the work was completed, cleanup done and with a very competitive price.

Losi pressure washed my driveway, porch, and patio furniture. They did a great job! I have some drainage issues in the driveway area, and they took the time to wait for the water to drain. Previous companies have left me with a large muddy pit at the end of the driveway. It took a full day, and they stayed late and finished everything. Highly recommend this company!!
They were 4 hours late and then all they could say was Sorry. My gate was left open, and the hose was not reattached. The only saving grace was the guy was nice. I would not recommend them.
