Be the first voice our clients hear. You’ll manage inbound calls, schedule crews, and ensure every project runs smoothly end-to-end.

What You'll Do

  • Own inbox, phone, and chat queues with quick, empathetic responses.
  • Build service proposals, confirm pricing, and schedule crews using our dispatch software.
  • Coordinate day-of updates between field teams and homeowners.
  • Track satisfaction surveys and escalate feedback to leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in customer support, dispatching, or hospitality.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (ServiceMonster/Jobber/Housecall Pro or similar).
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Availability for rotating Saturday coverage during peak seasons.
