In the late 1890s, it was owned by Anders Nelson and his family, including son Nels and daughter Lena. In 1892, Anders and his wife moved to the Seabeck area. Anders and Malina were married and they had four children: Anna, Lena, Jack, and Inga. Afterwards, they moved to the Silverdale area.
