Bonus System

You bring in work. You help grow the company. And that means extra pay in your pocket.

This page shows you exactly how your job roles, revenue credit, and base pay add up to a monthly bonus.

If you consistently stay above the target, you’re beating the Yeti and on track for top-tier bonuses.

How to Stay Ahead:

Keep delivering 5-star experiences so customers rave about you online.

Look for opportunities to add value — more services = more revenue credits.

Leave your mark in every neighborhood and help generate future jobs.

Secure recurring work that keeps your schedule full.

Staying ahead of the Yeti means you’re not just meeting the benchmark — you’re setting the standard.

How Your Bonus is Calculated

$1 In Revenue

=

$1 In Revenue Credit

Every job you complete adds to your Revenue Credit that’s just a way of measuring how much revenue you personally helped bring in during the month.

How You Earn Revenue Credit

Each job brings in revenue, and that revenue is split between whoever worked on it based on their role.

Here’s how it works

Solo Tech

100% Credit

You did the job alone, so you get full credit for the revenue it generated.

Lead (with Assistant)

60% Credit

You led the job with support. Most of the credit goes to you.

Two Leads

50/50 Split

Both technicians were leads so the credit is split evenly

At the end of each month, we total up your revenue credit from all the jobs you’ve worked, and that number decides your bonus

How Your Bonus Grows With Each Level

Choose your Level and see how much you can earn based on the revenue you help bring in each month.

All Numbers Based on 40 Hour Work Week.

There is no Bonus Yet!

Right now, you’re building your momentum and getting the hang of things.

At Level 1, there’s no bonus yet, but once you beat the Yeti 🐾
(that’s our way of saying: complete your training, build consistency, and crush those early jobs),

you’ll unlock Level 2…

Each level comes with a higher base pay and greater bonus potential. Want to move up? Talk to your manager about how to level up.

Common Questions

What is “Revenue Credit”?

It represents the actual service dollars we earn from the work you perform.

No. Sales tax is not part of revenue.

  • Example: If a customer is billed $1,000 for the service + $100 sales tax, only the $1,000 counts as revenue.
  • The $100 is money we collect for the state and pass along — it doesn’t count toward your revenue credit.

No. Supplies and materials used to complete a job are expenses, not revenue.

  • Example: If we spend $50 on chemicals or parts for the job, that cost comes out later as a business expense. It does not reduce your revenue credit, but it also isn’t part of revenue itself.

Your revenue credit is always based on the final price on the invoice after any discounts are applied.

  • Example: If the service normally costs $1,000, but the customer receives a $200 discount, the invoice shows $800 for the service + sales tax.
  • Your revenue credit is based on the $800 service charge, not the original $1,000.

Only the service price charged to the customer (before taxes and without subtracting supplies, after any discounts)counts as revenue credit for your pay.

Last month, 12 team members hit a new level and took home an average of $1,200 in bonuses.
