Johnny Tsunami was recommended to us for moss removal/roof cleaning by our neighbors. The process to schedule was easy and the team communicated in a timely manner. Tariq did an excellent job clearing our roof of heavy moss. Tariq was super nice which made the experience ever more 5 star. The cleanup after the roof cleaning was great with all debris removed and cleared. Definitely will continue to use and recommend Johnny Tsunami.

I feel so lucky to have found Johnny Tsunami. Sunny was attentive in preparing the bids and following up whenever we needed help. JP did an amazing job on a steep metal roof that was by no means a cinch and others in the trade did not want to touch. Everyone else in the crew and at their office was also competent & responsive.
The roof tech showed up on time and proceeded to clean gutters and downspouts. My only concern was finishing the job and "almost" cleaning up stairs which where totally untouched upon completion.
Sean was amazing, my roof is perfect. He was efficient and professional. He worked incredibly hard to get the roof completely clean while being careful of the surroundings. Very impressed with the excellent work he did!I do wish that Johnny Tsunami's workplace policy was to have two technicians working together for safety. No fault of the technicians, but as a company policy, having two staff working in high places would be prudent.
On time, polite and thorough removing all moss from our walkway. Power washing the entry, they were careful to remove and replace all planters and Christmas decorations to do a complete job.
