They were very responsive to my initial call to come out for estimate. Bobby Goldsmith explained the process and what we could expect and how long it would take for moss to die out after application and then disintegrate and blower wash off with weather so I knew roof would not be moss free same day.

This was the 2nd year I have had JohnnyTsunami come out. This time it was Dylan Radford that came out, he cleaned my roof, gutters, skylights, back deck and driveway . Dylan did an outstanding job I am very happy with how everything looks now .

Shawn Duckworth Was the team member who provided the service for me. He was polite, timely, helpful with information, and did an excellent job on all the services provided. He was an excellent representative of your company, definitely a keeper!
Tariq did a great job. He explained the steps he was going to do, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up the debris and rinsed off the area and plants around the entire house in case of overspray.
This is the second time we have used Johnny Tsunami to clean our roof and gutters, and for the second time, they do not disappoint. Our tech, Michael C. was on time, cordial and efficient. Johnny Tsunami will get our business again when the need arises.

Had Johnny Tsunami come out to clean our gutters and do a roof blow off and they did an amazing job. Our service tech Peter was quick and clean, and made extra effort to ensure all the debris from the gutters was picked up. Will definitely use them again.
Not putting the window screens back on after you removed them was a huge hassle for me. I don’t understand why you’d have a policy like that . ?
