We have a fairly large property in the middle of the forest - House, attached garage, and a larger detached workshop. Very steep pitched metal roof. We needed the roof and the gutters cleaned, and that's certainly not a job I felt either willing or able to take on.

When I called, someone was here next day to go over the details and discuss the job - and within a couple of days, their tech Jude arrived, and he went well above and beyond. Super professional, very thorough, and left the site impeccably clean - and he worked later to ensure that it was all done in one day, and done well. Very very impressed with his work.

It can be hard to find someone reputable in this field - this is a good company that hires good people. If you are looking for someone you can trust to get the job done and do it well, give them a call.

Hired Johnny Tsunami for roof and gutter cleaning and couldn't be happier with the results. Jayce did a thorough job, showed up when he said he would, and the roof looks great. Easy to work with from start to finish. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the area.

HORRIBLE- they had to come 4 times to the
Property to do the job properly. They still missed everything they quoted us for the invoice, and still wanted to collect payment. They curated pictures soliciting payment at the end of the job- stating all is clean and “sparkling”
Lies. All lies.

Find a reputable company that delivers in their word.
Oh, they quoted me almost $4K for the job and I paid over $1,600 and they left my property like this.

Wyett worked hard and did a great job cleaning the moss off our roof. He was careful to rinse the soft wash off the plants and decks around the house. He cleaned up all the mess before he left. Although the service was expensive, the results are excellent and I didn't have to get up on the roof. I guess you have to pay for quality work.

Today’s technician, Jude, went well above and beyond any expectations. He explained exactly what happens to your roof with mold, Lichen and moss. He then explained what their techniques are and what their products do. He did a fantastic job!

The service from Johnny Tsunami is 1st class. My last appointment was with Jayce White. I was informed when the team is on the way to my house. Other issues were pictured and texted to me. The roof cleaning solution works very well. the windows were cleaned to perfection. I cannot see the gutters, but they do not overflow from a hard rain, so, the gutters must be cleaned well also.
