Had a soft wash yo remove moss but unfortunately my gutter got clogged and the soft wash discolored my paint on my house. Thank god for Wyatt Assistant Manager. He fixed my gutter and someone is coming to correct the paint. He was truthful polite and it was a pleasure to work with him. I recommend him highly!

On a Tuesday morning JOHNNY TSUNAMI responded quickly sending someone to do an onsite quote. I accepted the quote and put $300 down for the work to be done the next day. When the tech showed the next day he said the job would take more work and two people and that they would be back Friday. When asked if they would honor the price quote, he said yes. No word the rest of Wednesday. I called Thursday morning to confirm they would be back Friday and she said yes. Later that day the guy who provided the original quote said it would actually cost about twice the original. I objected and ask that he check with management and get back to me. Hours later I text to find out the verdict on whether they will honor their quote. I get a text back that says I will be refunded my deposit. Failed service and a lost customer. They had the opportunity to make it right and walked away.

Chapter two - Good news: The owner/manager called Thursday afternoon to apologize for the snafu. He offered to complete the job as originally quoted. A week lost, but he states it will be done next week. OK. This is the kind of action good service organizations take - knowing how important reputation is - despite the short term costs to them. I get that things don't always go perfectly and recovery is possible. Stay tuned for chapter three, the critical follow through ...

And chapter three - a tech showed on Saturday to complete the job - ahead of the next week schedule. Michael was an amenable guy and a skilled tech, did a good job and I tipped him some. So despite a time lapse, the work is done. Good save Johnny Tsunami. Thanks.

2 nice young men washed my windows but the cleaning wasn't very good. Streaks and drips were left on my French doors and when I pointed them out, I was told they would dry clear. Obviously I'm gullible and I had to redo the doors and some of the windows myself. The screens upstairs were not put back on. All in all, I should have just cleaned my windows myself and saved the $600.

For a company whose business is built on cleaning, they sure leave a lot of trash all over our beautiful county. The most egregious I have seen is in Chico area, where they placed around 50 illegal advertising signs in less than a one mile stretch of road. Absolutely abhorrent behavior for a local business, showing they clearly don’t care about their community.

Michael is the freakin man! Came all the way out to Marrowstone Island and handled the job professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend you ask for Michael, not everyone is as good as he is.

Six years ago good job. This year the techs were untrained, absolutely no communication from the office, and they destroyed the ridgecap. Basically I was charged $3200.00 for nothing and I now have a $1700+ repair bill. 👎👎👎👎👎 instead of stars.
