Our technician was hard at work the whole time he was here. He soft cleaned the roof and gutters which made quite a a mess on the ground which he then cleaned up. He taught my daughter how to remove the screens so he could wash the exterior windows which turned out sparkly.
Very happy with the results. Our technician Vance was very nice and helpful and professional.

The last time I hired someone to do our windows they came out to give us a quote, came back at scheduled time, completed the window cleaning job and it was great. This experience has been very different with Johnny Tsunami. This company missed our appointment for a quote, missed the first scheduled appointment. Couldn't complete the exterior portion of the job the first time they came out because our water was turned off but instead of calling me they called their office and by the time I was talking to the individual who was at our house he tells me he already left because he had another job so then I have to call AGAIN to schedule a fourth time to be at our house and then he leaves without installing all the screens back on. I get a response that this is so mold doesn't grow? This should be an option for the customer to choose because now we need to reinstall all the screens and I'm so irritated by this because we do not live in the home anymore and renters have now moved in because it took this company multiple times and days in between to "complete" the job.

We paid $3,000 for 2 workers for 4 hours to clean and treat our roof, clean gutters and to wash some exterior windows.
For the effective cost of $350 an hour, they cleaned the gutters, washed windows and sprayed the roof, leaving all of the moss to eventually die and blow off. We expected for that price, the moss would have been removed. A subsequent inspection by an independent roofer said that the work was unprofessional and ineffective, especially in the areas of the roof valleys.
Johnny Tsunami has offered the option of paying them more to brush the moss off or they will return “after the dry season to blow off any remaining moss”.
Photos submitted to the company, showing condition of roof after treatment. Johnny Tsunami has been courteous in their responses, but adamant that we should not have expected the roof to be cleaned off for the $3,000 that we paid for a half a days work by two workers.

I signed up for them to clean my gutters once a year. Since then it has been a incessant stream of requests to rate them online, refer them to a friend, etc. Texts, emails, phone calls. I've had computer viruses that weren't as bad. So here's your review Johnny Tsunami.
