Ty arrived on time and he plus assistant wen right to work. Ty and I walked around the house to ascertain if any obstacles exist or special handling be needed - then off to work. At the end (quicker than I expected, he again walked with me around and pointed out a few problem areas. In general, we were exceedingly satisfied with the company, Ty's professionalism and recommend use of their company.
Cris did an excellent job pressure washing 3 of our older decks showing a great deal of dirt mold etc
Lane Lolagne and Quinton did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning all my windows and skylights, and blowing all the winter buildup of duff from my new Western Red Cedar shake roof! They also cleaned out all my gutters (mud, conifer needles, maple leaves and seed pods), a difficult job considering the 4 Norwegian Maples, old growth Douglass fir trees, and large Western Red Cedar trees on the perimeter of my property. These young men were extremely efficient, competent, very patient and friendly answering my questions. There are other exterior cleaners on the North Olympic Peninsula, but I will ONLY go to Johnny Tsunami for all my roof/ gutter/ window needs. Lane and Quinton, hope to see you next spring!

The initial visit was great and very informative. They let me know that there were payment plans available so I was able to secure the payment plan and schedule my appointment all at the same time. The crew that came out was great . I have a vast garden and they were extremely careful and took care of. I will say there was a lot of debris that came off the roof . They did their best to clean off the deck but I would have loved it to look a bit tidier .

Dylan and Joseph were professional, efficient and all around fun guys. They did the job well and kept us informed on the progress.
We had a few issues with scheduling but when the tech showed up he did our solar panels and skylights in the rain and threw in a little extra for us. Definitely worth the wait.
Arrived on time. The roof was completely cleaned, and all the debris was removed from my deck.
If I could give less then one star I would. From scheduling issues, to techs showing up without the proper equipment, to techs showing back up totally out of it, and throwing my gutter debris in my neighbors yard, and leaf blowing it back into my driveway, and yard, to power washing an area that I never wanted powerwashed, to disconnecting my downspouts and leaving, to having to comeback reconnect my downspouts, clean my gutters again, clean back up the leaf debris on my patios. This job was a total disappointment, an absolute disaster, and a waste of my time. What a difference a year made. I would never recommend using this company to anyone.
Layne, was amazing. Arrived and performed his duties while I was sitting for my grandson. Great job!!!
It was good with the exception of the streaks on the living room windows
